Returns & Exchanges
We understand that everything you order may not work out perfectly, and returns are a part of doing business. We try to keep it easy and eliminate returns as much as possible by providing detailed item descriptions. In addition, we happily answer any message regarding sizing and fit. Unless stated otherwise, items will fit true to size.
Returns will be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- All returned goods must be in NEW condition and not damaged - unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, stain-free, pet hair-free, etc - AND tags MUST BE ATTACHED.
- All jewelry sales are FINAL sale. No exceptions.
- Returned goods MUST be shipped back to Woolies within 10 days of customer receiving item. We ship every order with tracking so we are able to confirm when you received your order. If an item is returned outside of the 10 day time frame, return will not be accepted and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. HOLIDAY ORDERS ARE AN EXCEPTION. ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 1 AND DECEMBER 24 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN THROUGH JANUARY 7.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE. This includes all items in the Sale collection, discounted on the website, or purchased with a discount code for 20% off or more. Purchases used with codes received via text/email are eligible for return as long as the code was for less than 20% off. Purchases made using influencer codes are also eligible for return.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest adding tracking to all packages as Woolies is not responsible for any lost or undeliverable packages. If you prefer, we can email you a return label. Cost of label will be deducted from your return.
- If we run a free shipping special and you receive free shipping, all shipping charges will be deducted from the return amount in the case of a return.
- Original shipping charge is not refunded.
- Should an item be defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) days or receiving items. We try to eliminate any mistakes in our shipping process, but we are human too. Woolies will cover the cost of return shipping for any defective or incorrect items.
- Customers are limited to 5 order returns within a 90 day period. Additional returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

While we welcome returns, we cannot process exchanges. Our inventory turns over too quickly. Should you prefer an exchange, we recommend ordering the desired item and your refund will be issued once we receive returned item.
