Exchanges & Returns
We understand that everything you order may not work out perfectly, and exchanges or returns are a part of doing business. We try to keep it easy and as accommodating as possible. Exchanges & returns will be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- Woolies must be contacted via email - firstname.lastname@example.org - prior to shipping an item back to us. We will provide you with all necessary information to move forward in the process.
- Exchanges & refunds will only be accepted if Woolies is contacted with seven (7) days following the date your received the item. We send every shipment USPS with tracking so we are able to confirm when you received said item.
- All items must be new with all tags attached - unworn, not damaged, smoke-free, and stain-free.
- All sale items are final sale.
- Customer pays all return shipping costs.
